huzy Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "huzy", "we", "us", "our" — refers to huzy and its operating entity, the provider of the online betting and casino platform accessible at huzy.io.
• "Platform" — the huzy website, mobile site, any associated applications, and all services, features, and content made available through huzy.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the huzy Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by huzy to eligible Players under specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required of all Players before withdrawals can be processed.
• "MFS" — Mobile Financial Services: digital payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the huzy Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside huzy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional terms displayed on the Platform, the more specific document shall prevail for that specific matter.

03 Eligibility and Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the huzy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. huzy does not permit any individual under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of huzy or any of its service providers, game studios, or payment partners where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by huzy or any responsible gaming programme under which you have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

04 Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the huzy Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — are prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify huzy support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your contact number or MFS wallet number used for withdrawals.
• Not allow any other person to use your Account, including family members. All activity on your Account is your sole responsibility.

huzy is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you knowingly allow a third party to access your Account, huzy reserves the right to suspend or close that Account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

05 Know Your Customer (KYC)

huzy is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process may also be triggered at any other time at huzy's discretion, including during a security review or when unusual account activity is detected.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence — clearly showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other MFS wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. huzy aims to complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving all required documentation. Players who fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may have their withdrawal request cancelled.

06 Deposits

All deposits to the huzy Platform are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). huzy accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your huzy account balance in real time for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal conditions.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect on your account balance depending on bank processing times.
• huzy does not charge fees for deposits; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply transaction charges independent of huzy.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned.
• huzy reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in the deposit being reversed.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the huzy account wallet interface. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for KYC-verified accounts. Complex cases or those requiring additional review may take longer.
• huzy reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, the outstanding bonus amount and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• huzy does not charge withdrawal fees; MFS provider fees may apply independently.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

huzy may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have fully completed account registration.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only. Bonus abuse — including creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — is a prohibited activity and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed in full on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unexpired wagering requirements will cause forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at the expiry date.
• huzy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to a Player's account and actively being wagered will not be retroactively removed without cause.
• Contributions of different game types toward wagering requirements vary. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

09 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the huzy Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as displayed within each game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the time of placement. A confirmed bet cannot be modified or cancelled by the Player once it has been accepted by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, network outage, or data error affecting a bet or game round, huzy reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
• For sports betting markets, the result is determined based on the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB for Bangladesh cricket, ICC for international cricket). In-play market settlement follows the same principle.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on any betting market may be voided by huzy at its sole discretion. A palpable error is defined as a price that is clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of acceptance.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other studio partners are subject to those providers' rules as displayed within the game interface.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 unless a specific game or market specifies otherwise.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the huzy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation, or systematically low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements while minimising loss exposure (hedging).
• Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any automated system to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game format.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on any event that you have reason to believe may be manipulated, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event for gambling purposes.
• Money laundering: Using the huzy Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling. huzy cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identification documentation; or engaging in any other deceptive conduct in relation to your Account or transactions.
• Underage access: Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access the Platform through your Account.

11 Responsible Gaming

huzy is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of player protection tools accessible from the account settings panel at any time. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently exclude themselves from the huzy Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of six months.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the huzy Platform — including but not limited to the huzy brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of huzy or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of huzy.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, frame, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

huzy collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account operation, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• huzy does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored and transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. huzy maintains industry-standard security practices to protect Player data from unauthorised access.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support at huzy.io, subject to legal retention requirements.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, huzy's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• huzy is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
• huzy does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.
• huzy is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Network connectivity issues, device malfunctions, and internet service interruptions on the Player's end are outside huzy's control and do not give rise to a liability claim.

15 Account Suspension and Closure

huzy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• A prohibited activity (as defined in Section 10) is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Player is found or suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• A KYC verification request has not been responded to within 30 days.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require account action.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings under active investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe. huzy will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permitted by law and compliance obligations.

16 Amendments to These Terms

huzy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, huzy will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change is considered significant, huzy will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any verified balance.

17 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. huzy operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and is committed to maintaining a safe, reliable, and transparent service for all Players. Players agree that any dispute not resolved through huzy's internal complaints process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters.

huzy's internal complaints process is the first port of call for all disputes. Players should contact support at huzy.io with full details of the dispute. huzy aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (BST) and resolve them within 10 business days.
